摘要
Complexity of our social, political, economic and technological environment has increased recently to unprecedented levels creating frequent disruptive events (and occasional extreme events) that affect our lives and work. As a contribution to the knowledge on how to cope with complexity, the paper reports research on self-organisation. A practical approach to designing self-organising systems, based on author's substantial experience, is outlined. © 2016 WIT Press.
