摘要
The rapid deployment of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites by companies like SpaceX and Amazon is revolutionizing the Internet infrastructure through Integrated Space and Terrestrial Networks. However, satellite network education faces several challenges, including the emulation of large-scale dynamic satellite constellations, the provision of user-friendly tools necessary for effective teaching, and the visualization of complex network topologies. To address these challenges, we present Klonet-sat, an innovative experimental platform that integrates a frontend graphical user interface (GUI), backend control mechanisms, and physical execution layers. Klonet-sat offers an interactive environment for exploring various aspects of satellite networks. With Klonet-sat, users can easily construct and manipulate network topologies, deploy and test communication protocols, and observe the behavior of satellite networks in real-time through 3D visualizations. The intuitive interface and powerful features enable students to gain hands-on experience and deepen understanding of satellite networks.
