摘要
The crew's situation awareness (SA) is crucial for maritime safety, and maintaining good SA is also the prerequisite and foundation for improving the system performance. Based on the literature research, this study firstly extracted the influencing factor index system of the crew's SA in complex maritime situations. Then decision-making trial and evaluation (DEMATEL) and adversarial interpretive structure modeling (AISM) were utilized to explore the interactive relationship among the influencing factors. The results showed that the influencing factors of the crew's SA include 7 factors, which can be divided into three categories: individual factors, team factors, and system design factors. Analyses based on the interrelationship attributes of the influencing factors showed that advanced cognitive abilities (comprehension, projection, decision abilities), communication and mutual trust, and collaborative information processing and execution were the three most important influencing factors of the crew's SA. Based on the interaction paths of the influencing factors, expertise and professional experience, basic cognitive abilities (perception, attention, memory abilities), and system design factors showed fundamental influence on the crew's SA. The crew's SA can be improved by enhancing the crew's expertise and basic cognitive skills through training, optimizing the display interface, and improving the system's automation and intelligence level.
