摘要
The difficulties of information system application effectiveness evaluation are analyzed. For the characteristics of large uncertainty, this paper put forward a new idea for effectiveness analysis based on rough set, proposed the general process of information system effectiveness data analysis based on rough set. The process included six steps such as purpose confirmation, model transformation, attribution reduction, importance calculation, rule-based reasoning, conclusion explaining. At last, a data analysis example of thematic GIS is given to show the practicability of the method.
