摘要
In this work, a four-port multiple input multiple output (MIMO) Frequency Tunable (FT) Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA) with connected ground for 5G Sub 6 GHz is presented. The proposed antenna is designed on FR4 epoxy with a thickness of 1.6 mm. The DRA is designed through Alumina materials. FT is achieved through the PIN Diode. The Tunable Range (TR) and Total Spectrum (TS) of the proposed antenna are 62.09 % and 47.32 %, respectively. The MIMO performance parameters Envelope Correlation Coefficient (ECC), Diversity Gain (DG), and Total Active Reflection Coefficient (TARC) are calculated and found within the acceptable limit. The values of ECC and DG are 0.0025 and 10 dB respectively. Hence, the proposed antenna is suitable for 5G Sub 6 GHz.
