摘要
This work introduce a passively mode-locked ytterbium-doped fiber laser(YDFL) that generates femtosecond pulses using an integrated system combining a Poly (3,4-ethylene-dioxythiophene): poly (styrene sulfonate) saturable absorber (PEDOT:PSS SA)-based mode-locked YDF laser. PEDOT:PSS SA has a large modulation depth and high environmental stability, enabling robust mode-locked femtosecond pulses. The prepared PEDOT:PSS SA was installed into a YDFL cavity to generate mode-locked laser pulses with a high repetition rate of 32.5 MHz and a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs.
