摘要
This paper presents the design and analysis of a wearable textile Ultra-Wideband (UWB) antenna for wireless communication applications, catering to the demand for seamless and unobtrusive connectivity. The antenna is fabricated using flexible, durable, and cost-effective jeans material for comfort and wearability. The antenna covers an extensive frequency range of 2.305 GHz to 19.44 GHz, offering a maximum gain of 6.55 dB and an impressive fractional bandwidth of 157.58%. Additionally, it demonstrates a high-fidelity factor, ensuring minimal signal distortion, and maintains a low Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) for safe use. Design considerations address body proximity and environmental factors. Simulation and experimental results confirm the antenna's effective performance across UWB frequencies, making it ideal for applications in healthcare, sports, and defence, providing reliable and high-fidelity communication for smart wearable devices.
