摘要
The aim of this research is to thoroughly examine the internal and external factors influencing consumer behavior in the context of dark tourism by systematically reviewing international literature on the subject. This research is grounded in the analysis of 30 scientific articles, identified through an extensive search of the Web of Science and Scopus databases, and subsequently filtered based on various parameters using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. The findings reveal that consumer behavior in dark tourism is highly diverse and varies significantly among individuals. It is shaped by factors such as psychological, demographic, and psychographic characteristics, as well as by external influences like destination image and social networks. However, existing literature on consumer behavior does not adequately address the combined assessment of internal and external factors, thereby limiting a comprehensive understanding of consumer decision-making.
