摘要
Burn injuries are profoundly traumatic, and early psychosocial interventions for hospitalized burn patients are scarce. This paper describes a four-session semi-structured art therapy protocol to facilitate relaxation, distraction, tactile-sensory exploration, and safe expression. The intervention aims to improve emotional regulation and expression in hospitalized burn patients. Using the TIDieR template, we detail the theoretical framework, procedures, and application of the intervention for replication and further research by art therapists. The protocol emphasizes flexibility in addressing individualized patient goals, integrating choices for receptive art engagement, and using accessibility tools for artmaking.
