摘要
Considering the generation of waste and effluents, as well as the challenges faced by small enterprises in complying with environmental requirements, this study aimed to propose cleaner production strategies in the manufacturing process of hair conditioner in a cosmetics company. The methodology included a preliminary stage based on the analysis of scientific articles, followed by field research in the industry to support and establish a connection between the data collected on-site. Based on this, a flowchart of the production process was developed, highlighting the key stages involved in conditioner manufacturing. Through the proposal of Cleaner Production strategies, the results indicated that the greatest opportunities for improvement in the cosmetics industry are related to reducing raw material waste during the production and labeling of conditioners through the implementation of good operational practices. It is also important to highlight the potential for technological innovations, water reuse, and the adoption of biodegradable packaging, which require a feasibility study to prioritize and deepen these actions.
