摘要
As a part of the software development life cycle, it is important to understand both the expectations and perceptions of each individual. This is not only to ensure functional software but also to make it more enjoyable. This process is part of the discovery phase associated with the concept of user experience (UX). Therefore, it is crucial to carry out UX evaluation tests to determine if the generated products really meet people's needs. On the other hand, emphasizing accessible design, it involves addressing aspects related to the equivalent user experience but for people with disabilities, in a similar way offering positive and even accessible experiences when interacting with a system. The objective of this mapping review is to provide an overview of the application of UX evaluation methods and their adaptation for application to users who are hard of hearing or deaf. We conducted an evidence map of publications based on the definition of research questions, keywords, the definition of information sources, eligibility criteria and a search strategy. The data were then synthesized and categorized. As a result, 12 publications met the eligibility criteria. It was found 13 UX evaluation methods suggested for application with Deaf people; of which 77% of the instruments were tested with Deaf users while the remaining 23% were not. Among the adaptations identified, the inclusion of Sign Language, the use of simple scales and ensuring that the instruments do not depend on verbal information stand out.
