摘要：

Two new speties of genus Acarospora are reported from Pakistan: A, atrofusca sp. nov. and A. iqbali sp. nov. The positions of novel species within the genus Acurosporu were validated by comparative morpho- anatomical and internal transcribed spacer (ITS)-based molecular studies. Acurusporu atrofuscu is phylogenetically and morphologically closely related to A. cf. nitrophila and characterized by arroles 0.8 1.5 mm, apos hecia greyish brown, hymenium 110-125 mu m, hypothecium 20-28 mu m, asci 57-70 x 23 30 mu m, and ascospores 35-5x2-3 mu m. Acurosporu iqbali is phylogenetically and morphologically closely related to A. cinerascens, and characterized by areoles up to 1.4 mm, apothecia white to blackish white, epihymenium 15-20 mu m, hymenium 95-130 mu m, hypothecium 15-25 um, asci 110-150x28-35 um, and ascospores 4-6 19-2.9 mu pi. 2024 National Science Museum of Korea (NSMK) and Korea National Arboretum (KNA), Publishing Services by Elsevier.
