This study focuses on evaluating the e-Pondo System using a dual approach that includes both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The study collects data from a varied participant pool using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure usability and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to assess user experience. e-Pondo has an exceptional usability score of 86.88, which corresponds to an "Excellent" grade. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) reveals subtle characteristics, including attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The discussion brings together findings from SUS and UEQ, identifying convergences and divergences to provide a full picture of e-Pondo performance. The similarities and differences between usability and user experience provide useful insights, indicating opportunities for improvement. The study's consequences include practical enhancements.
