摘要
This study presents the first complete mitochondrial genome sequences of Butyriboletus roseoflavus (Hai B. Li & Hai L. Wei) D. Arora & J.L. Frank 2014 strains MG29 and Bro1. The mitogenomes of MG29 (36,551 bp) and Bro1 (36,544 bp) exhibit high similarity, with GC contents of 23.13% and 23.14%, respectively. Both genomes encode 15 core protein-coding genes (PCGs), 26 distinct open reading frames (ORFs), 24 intronic ORFs, 26 tRNA genes, and two rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis using Bayesian inference (BI) and maximum-likelihood (ML) of 14 concatenated mitochondrial PCGs revealed that B. roseoflavus forms a distinct clade closely related to Boletus ornatipes and Boletus speciosus. The study advances our understanding of mitogenome diversity in ectomycorrhizal fungi.
