摘要
The scaling relations in the two-zero textures of the neutrino mass matrices in the minimal extended seesaw (MES) mechanism were discovered by Kumar and Patgiri. We demonstrate that some of these scaling relations can be satisfied without requiring two zero elements in the textures.
