摘要
Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) technology is an advanced radar imaging method with extensive applications across various fields. Although terahertz SAR technology is still in its early stages, it shows great potential for future developments due to the properties of broad-spectrum and high-resolution. Thus, it is crucial to advance research in this field on terahertz SAR. This paper studies terahertz SAR imaging based on the frequency scaling (FS) algorithm and the detailed process and simulation results of the algorithm are provided. According to the FS algorithm, the simulation of multi-target SAR imaging at 220 GHz is conducted, and the peak side-lobe ratios of range and azimuth directions are approximately -17.5 dB and -22.8 dB, respectively. Furthermore, the resolution of the algorithm and the simulation remains consistent. These results indicate the excellent performance of target detection and imaging and may lay a solid foundation for developing terahertz SAR imaging
