摘要
Climate justice has recently gained attention to account for the needs of vulnerable social groups by integrating just strategies into climate change planning. This systematic literature review addresses what city governments have done to incorporate climate justice in planning, specifically through a framework focused on tangible climate action, community engagement, partnership formation, and funding mechanisms. Our findings indicate mixed evidence concerning the extent to which cities actively used these themes, e.g., 25% of articles had effective tangible climate actions and 62% never mentioned funding mechanisms. In response, we put forth five recommendations to assist city governments in addressing climate injustices.
