摘要
Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) technology is considered to be the core technology to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in the future. As the knowledge carrier of scientific and technological innovation achievements, patents contain important scientific and technological details. In this paper, we propose a new framework for patent knowledge graph construction, firstly, we take CCUS technology patents as the center for data acquisition, for structured data, we transform them into ternary groups, for unstructured data, extract the knowledge through semantic role labeling and dependency syntactic parsing, then we comprehensively examine the entity name similarity and the attribute similarity for entity linking, final knowledge graph visualization through Neo4J graph database, so as to provide knowledge support for patent achievement transformation, patent value assessment, patent analysis and retrieval.
