摘要
Evaluation must be a tool for improving teaching quality and learning in all its aspects and not as a tool for the mere qualification of students in an isolated and insignificant way. Therefore, evaluation must be understood as a continuous and complex process characterized by three key aspects: collection of information, analysis and assessment of the same and making coherent decisions. The analysis of the information obtained during the evaluation will allow us to assess the degree of teaching-learning and, consequently, make the appropriate decisions to direct and redirect both learning and teaching towards the quality standards that we have set as an achievable goal. In this work, the use of questionnaires and learning ladders represent an adequate strategy to carry out a global evaluation since it allows evaluating the evolution of the mental models of the students, as well as the reorganization of the methodological model according to the real needs of the students.
