摘要
Relativistic electron beams can be produced by laser wakefield acceleration (LWFA) and the generation of quasimonoenergetic electrons at high repetition rates with energies of the order of 100 MeV are required for important applications. This work reviews and summarizes some simulation results of these accelerators that we have recently performed and their correlation with new experimental results that implement and demonstrate the predicted results. Some proposals for new designs are also presented.
