摘要
This paper presents GameTULearn, an innovative authoring tool for creating interactive educational games in 3D environments, tailored to educators and content creators with limited programming experience. The goal of this project is to simplify the development of engaging educational games and enhance learning experiences for students. Key features of the authoring tool include an intuitive user interface, a versatile scene editor, and a powerful quest editor for crafting narrative-driven game content. The paper elaborates on the design process, highlighting novel ideas. The integration of an AI Assistant enhances user engagement and satisfaction in the story creation process, providing a more enjoyable and intuitive learning experience. The prototype presented in this paper serves as a strong foundation for future implementation and development, ultimately aiming to facilitate the creation of compelling and effective educational games.
