摘要
A wearable dual-band antenna consisting of a ring radiating unit and an artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) is designed in a wireless body area network, and the substrate material chosen is felt, which is easy to bend and wear. The simulated maximum broadband gains are 6 dBi and 8.2 dBi at 2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz, respectively, and the simulated maximum specific absorption rate is 0.368 W/kg and 0.222 W/kg, which are much lower than the international standards. The deformation analysis shows that the antenna can be used in the curved case and matches the performance in the planar case. The overall antenna fabrication process is simple, the experimental results and simulation results are basically consistent, and the designed antenna shows a high degree of consistency in the free environment and simulated human body environment. The flexible antenna designed in this letter is expected to be applied to wireless wearable communication systems.
