摘要：

We present a rare case of bilateral lower eyelid discoid lupus erythematosus in a patient with longstanding cutaneous discoid lupus. The case highlights the clinical, dermoscopic and histopathological features that aid early recognition. We discuss therapeutic strategies to prevent vision-threatening complications.
