摘要:
In its most recent report (the National Transmission Needs Study), the U.S. Department of Energy found an urgent need in the United States to grow transmission capacity within and across regions by 20% to more than 100% by 2035. Resilience and improved system economics are important drivers. However, the key driver setting the pace of the need is enabling access to diverse, clean, renewable generation resources across different climatic zones.
