摘要
Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) encounter significant tribological challenges that impact their performance and lifespan. This review focuses on the detrimental effects of wear and friction within SOFCs, particularly at seals and component interfaces. A critical aspect contributing to these tribological issues is the thermal mismatch arising from the differing thermal expansion coefficients of various components. This mismatch can lead to mechanical stresses, delamination, and degradation, impacting cell efficiency and durability. The review also explores the influence of other parameters, including material selection, surface engineering techniques, and innovative designs, in mitigating these challenges. Furthermore, future research directions toward advanced tribological solutions are highlighted for enhanced SOFC reliability and efficiency.
