摘要
A viable means of cutting emissions and assisting in the worldwide endeavour to reach a net-zero carbon footprint is through the use of carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technology. In this work, a comprehensive review of studies on CCUS published from 2010 to 2023 was analysed. The study analysed 4943 documents from various publications in the Scopus database, focusing on research concepts published from 2010 to 2023. The "R" package was used to identify and visualize emerging themes and examine the papers based on these themes. The literature highlights challenges in carbon capture research, such as variable cost and the need for advancements in capture processes and liquid solvent performance. Hybrid technologies integrating adsorption and separation methods are suggested for future studies. According to the analysis, interest and research on CCUS increased by 15.84 %, with 13,799 authors and a high percentage of international co-authorship. China leads CCUS research with 6431 documents.
