摘要
This special issue of the UNISCI Journal focuses on a key aspect of the ongoing transformation of the international system: The geopolitical shifts and the growing state rivalry. The international order established after the Second World War, and further reinforced following the end of the Cold War, is dissipating amid deep geopolitical divisions and fragmentation.
