摘要
This study examines how leisure involvement influences entrepreneurial orientation among Turkish women, using a resource-based view. Survey data from 405 women aged 18-60 reveal that leisure activities positively impact risk-taking, innovativeness, proactiveness, and overall entrepreneurial orientation. The findings emphasise leisure involvement as a predictor of entrepreneurial traits, particularly within a cultural context shaped by gender norms. Validated through construct and convergent validity, internal consistency, and regression analyses, the study highlights leisure activities as a tool for fostering personal and economic development. By integrating insights from leisure studies and entrepreneurship, it offers a unique perspective on enhancing women's entrepreneurial spirit and fills a critical gap in literature addressing women's empowerment and gender equality.
