摘要
In this study, we examine how citizens' political participation influences perceptions of whether the government is fairly providing public services. We analyze offline, online, and hybrid participation forms using Korea Social Integration Survey data (2013-2019), offering practical insights for a healthier democracy. Our results indicate that adding online elements to political activities heightens perceived fairness, and this effect strengthens when additional emphasis is placed on participation. By contrasting distinct participation modes, we find that hybrid engagement resonates most strongly with citizens' sense of equity, underscoring the importance of digital channels. These findings suggest broader implications for democratic governance and practice.
