摘要
This systematic literature review explores methodologies and metrics for evaluating user experience in digital curation within libraries, archives, and museums, grounded in the Digital Curation Lifecycle Model. The review categorizes approaches that align curation processes with user needs across key lifecycle stages, such as Access, Use, and Reuse and Preservation Action, emphasizing user-centric strategies and participatory models. Key metrics, including user perceptions, collaborative annotations, and task outcomes, are analyzed for their effectiveness in enhancing engagement, satisfaction, and learning outcomes. By synthesizing current research, this review offers insights into optimizing digital curation practices and outlines best practices for developing intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital platforms to improve overall user experience.
