摘要
The study explores the propagation characteristics of a new laser beam known as the partially coherent modified anomalous vortex beam (PCMAVB) as it traverses through different types of biological tissues. The propagation formula for the PCMAVB in biological tissues is theoretically derived using the Huygens-Fresnel integral. Additionally, numerical simulations are conducted to analyze the average intensity of the PCMAVB across different biological tissues at various propagation distances and under changing beam parameters. The spreading characteristics of the analyzed beam in turbulent biological tissues are affected by the refractive index of biological turbulence and the initial beam parameters, including coherence length, modification parameter, beam order, topological charge, and beam waist width. The results show that increasing the source parameter enhances the PCMAVB's resistance to turbulent biological tissues. Furthermore, the received intensity of the beam rises more quickly when it propagates through turbulent biological tissue with a higher refractive index. These findings may enhance the potential applications of partially coherent vortex beam models in medical imaging and diagnosis.
