摘要
To address the resilience challenges of port power systems amid globalization and climate change, distributed resources are collaboratively utilized to restore critical loads. In the context of the integration of power and transportation networks, a two-stage resilience enhancement strategy for distribution networks considering the pre-deployment and dynamic scheduling of mobile energy storage system (MESS) is proposed. In the pre-disaster prevention stage, considering the uncertainty of photovoltaics (PV) output and network reconstruction, a two-stage robust optimization model is established, and the column constraint generation algorithm is used to iteratively solve the configuration quantity and location scheme of MESS. In the post-disaster recovery stage, considering the impact of disasters on the travel time of the transportation network, a mixed-integer second-order cone programming model for multi-source collaborative recovery based on the dynamic scheduling of MESS, electric container trucks (ECT), and diesel engine generators (DEG) is established to solve the optimal load reduction and power output scheme. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in enhancing the resilience of the distribution network is demonstrated through the IEEE 33-node distribution system example. Case studies have shown that this strategy can maintain the load at a level above 90 %, verifying that the strategy can effectively enhance the resilience of the distribution network and strengthen its ability to cope with extreme events.
