摘要
Latina faculty have historically been and continue to be underrepresented within higher education. Even within fields and programs that claim to be committed to social justice and inclusion like higher education and student affairs, they are low in numbers. This study uses pl & aacute;ticas and a critical race feminism framework to explore not only Latina faculty's experience with overlapping systems of oppression but also their stories of resistance as they challenged White heteronormative patriarchal instilled in the field. Findings from this study are presented as a collective testimonio that highlights the ways in which they experienced and resisted against racism, sexism, and classism within these programs. Implications for research and practice are discussed.
