Objectives: The study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Turkish version of the "Nursing Home Adjustment Scale" in Turkiye. Methods: This methodological study included 171 nursing home residents. Data were collected face-to-face between February and April between 2024. The psychometric properties of the Turkish version of the "Nursing Home Adjustment Scale" were evaluated through language validity, content validity, face validity, construct validity, and reliability analyses. Results: The Turksih version of the Nursing Home Adjustment Scale had a content validity index of 98.27 %, sufficient construct validity, and a Cronbach a value of 0.89 for the total score. Conclusions: The Turkish version of the Nursing Home Adjustment Scale is reliable and valid for assessing nursing home adjustment among older adults in Turkiye. (c) 2025 Elsevier Inc.
