This article in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie explores the intersection of acting methodologies and psychodramatic techniques, focusing on their impact on actor spontaneity and creativity. Drawing from extensive professional and academic experiences, the research investigates the characteristics of psychodrama through the lens of theatre. A significant emphasis is placed on psychodrama and its potential to foster spontaneity and creative self-expression in actor’s work. Through practical workshops, case studies, and performance creation, the study identifies critical factors influencing spontaneity and creativity, such as the director’s guidance, interaction with colleagues, and personal mood and emotional state.
