摘要
The study aims to examine the development and evolution of Generative AI (GAI) and propose future research agendas based on a systematic literature review and bibliometric study using Biblioshiny apps of the Bibliometrix R package. The study provides a wide-angle perspective of GAI through a cross-discipline telescopic viewpoint that differs from most existing studies that focus on a particular area of GAI. Based on the bibliometric analyses of 2350 papers published between 2014 and 2024, we identify the strategic thematic diagrams and the evolution of GAI and develop a nomological network that links the nexus between various facets of GAI. We have proposed the research agenda of GAI for future studies to delve into. We also discuss the theoretical and practical contributions of the study.
