摘要：

The purpose of this project was to identify how frequently nurse practitioner (NP) students in primary care clinical experiences performed advanced clinical activities. We conducted a 5-year retrospective analysis of clinical logs from students in 4 population-specific primary care NP majors at a single institution. Results indicate a variety of clinical activities that are common across all primary care NP majors (eg, interpret diagnostic studies, pharmacotherapy). In addition, NP students performed procedures with greater autonomy as they progressed through their academic program. This project highlights the importance of a national dialogue about NP procedural education. (c) 2025 Elsevier Inc.
