摘要
The disc spherical fuzzy (DSF) set, a recent extension of the spherical fuzzy set, is a powerful tool designed to improve the representation of uncertainty by incorporating an additional component: the radius r. This enhancement enables a more accurate depiction of uncertainty in decisionmaking processes. The present research aims to develop a novel score function for ranking DSF numbers and to advance the existing framework through the introduction of Dombi operational laws. Utilizing these proposed operational laws, four new power aggregation operators (AOPs) are formulated, allowing for the aggregation of DSF numbers while accounting for information correlation through a support degree during the aggregation process. The mathematical properties of these newly proposed AOPs are thoroughly analyzed to ensure their robustness. Additionally, the weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) method is adapted to address decision-making scenarios involving DSF data. The developed algorithm is then applied to renewable energy project selection problem to rank the alternatives. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed WASPAS approach, a comprehensive comparative analysis is performed with existing methods, underscoring its superiority in handling uncertainty and providing more reliable decision-making outcomes.
