By evaluating the available literature on disability inclusion in the workplace, this study attempts to identify the most relevant authors, articles, journals, countries, and thematic evolution cast light on this crucial area. This study follows the PRISMA flow diagram for bibliometric analysis. The Scopus database indexed 109 documents on disability inclusion in the workplace from 1996 to 2022. These were analysed, and the results reveal that currently the dominant research themes are autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual disability employment; people with disabilities (PWD) in India; and gender discrimination. Prior to their current study, the authors have worked in the areas of disability diversity, employment, and treatment in the workplace; barriers, social inclusion, social model of disability and intellectual disability; factors affecting hiring and gender discrimination; and benefits of hiring and retention of PWD, workplace culture and climate, and employer practices and so were well-prepared. The data are gathered from only one database (Scopus) and for literature analysis. This study has the potential to help employers and government policymakers to frame policies and practices for hiring, developing, and retaining personnel living with different types of disabilities
