摘要
This study draws on transformative learning theory to investigate how a leader's paradox mindset and team reflexivity help build the positive relationship between team diversity and knowledge sharing and examines these hypotheses using path analysis in Mplus with data from 96 teams in China. Results indicate that there is a positive relationship between team diversity and knowledge sharing when the leader's paradox mindset and team reflexivity are high. As these factors decrease, the positive relationship weakens. Furthermore, team reflexivity mediates the moderating effect of the leader's paradox mindset. These findings contribute to understanding how to facilitate knowledge sharing in diverse teams.
