摘要：
Kimura disease (KD) is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by subcutaneous nodules, cervical lymphadenopathy, hypereosinophilia, and elevated IgE levels. Treatment options are limited. We report two cases of refractory KD successfully treated with dupilumab. By targeting Th2 immunity, dupilumab appears as a promising, well-tolerated therapeutic option for KD.
