摘要:
This research employs 3D printing technology to develop electromagnetic functional composites based on polyetherimide (PEI). By integrating multiscale blends of various absorbers, a novel structurally and functionally integrated absorber was proposed. The filled honeycomb structure not only maintains aerodynamic shape but also resists environmental wear, making it an ideal choice for robust applications such as aircraft skins and equipment casings. The core of this research lies in the design and optimization of gradient composition and structural design to significantly enhance electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorption efficiency. The results demonstrate that a rational combination of material composition and multiscale structure can greatly improve the EMW loss performance of the composite. Ultimately, the fabricated multiscale structured microwave absorber with a gradient index achieved ultra-wideband efficient absorption across the C, X, and Ku bands. This research provides new design perspectives and valuable technical references for the application of highperformance resin-based electromagnetic functional materials in areas such as integrated stealth skins, microwave absorption, and equipment protection.
