摘要
In today's conditions, the continuation of Russia's armed aggression on the territory of Ukraine, ensuring peace and justice, is one of the priority tasks on the agenda of the state's existence. At the same time, along with social aspects, financial resources that will ensure the achievement of peace and justice in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (supported by Ukraine in 2019) are of crucial importance. That is why the purpose of this scientific and practical research is to assess modern challenges in the field of financial support for peace and justice in Ukraine and to substantiate practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of financial support, which would combine various effective forms and funding tools. As a result of the research, the actual necessity of financing the implementation of the tasks provided for the achievement of 16 SDG Goals is justified, the trends in the financing of peace and justice during the war years are analyzed, the determining role of international financial aid in financing the achievement of 16 SDG Goals is assessed, and the magnitude of the financial shock from a possible failure to meet the international financial goal is determined. It has been proven that the size of the financial shock from the instability of official international financial aid directly affects the financial capabilities of the state to ensure peace and justice in society, especially during the active phase of the war. The authors justified the measures to diversify financial support for achieving 16 SDG Goals in Ukraine in order to reduce the level of a possible financial shock from the irregularity of the receipt of official international financial aid.
