摘要
The paper deals with the results of a number of investigations carried out on structure, biological activity of organic alkyl- and aryldisulfides to study these compounds as new efficient additives. The activity of these compounds is closely related to the fact that the presence of various functional groups in their molecules: aryl- and alkyl-, which exhibit an autosynergistic effect, is of great importance. The results antimicrobial efficacy of benzylalkanoyl disulfides proves that all the studied compounds had an inhibiting effect on both bacterial and fungal cultures. Antimicrobial properties of heptylalkanoyl disulfides are significantly depend on the increase in the alkyl radical. Comparative analysis of the antimicrobial activity of benzylalkanoyl disulfides and heptylalkanoyl disulfides shows that benzylalkanoyl disulfides play a significant role in the antimicrobial activity. It's evident that antimicrobial activity of the studied compounds depends on the structure and concentration of the additive in the oil. The relationship between the effective concentration of antimicrobial activity against bacteria and fungi showed that an increase in the effective concentration ensures an increase in the biocidal and fungicidal effectiveness of all compounds. The disulfides studied are that their effectiveness is increased by the alkyl radical and, accordingly, by the low activity of the -S- S- groups formed as a result of the reaction of sulfide or elemental sulfur
