摘要
To solve the problem of low sensitivity in the detection of weak magnetic fields, a parallel fluxgate sensor with a size of 30 mm x 3 mm x 0.02 m and a core made of permalloy with high magnetic permeability and high resistivity has been designed to improve the sensitivity. The current waveform in the fluxgate excitation circuit model and the transient response of the fluxgate sensor are simulated using Maxwell and Simplorer simulation software. The fluxgate second harmonic sensitivity derived from the simulated current waveform and transient response results is 27991 V/T with a linear range of +/- 60,000nT. The value is an improvement compared to the sensitivity of conventional fluxgate sensors. The research done in this paper has important implications for the design and development of miniature fluxgate sensors.
