Not all Disability is Vulnerability, nor is all Vulnerability Disability in the New Digital Melting pot: in search of confluence

In this study, a good number of causes of vul-nerability involved in the judicial process are analyzed -es-pecially disability and minority-, to reach the conclusion, at the end, that not all vulnerability is disability, nor all disability is vulnerability in this procedural crucible, but it is precisely at the point of confluence between one and the other that all the procedural alarms must be activat-ed and all the protocols of a Justice for disability must be launched, which must be a Justice with ten attributes es-sential: an unburdened, orderly, accessible, understand-able, vigilant, predictive, therapeutic, empathic, assertive and monitored Justice
