摘要
At the present time, the subject of seawater scouring and corrosion phenomena is attracting considerable attention. Accordingly, the present study involved the synthesis of CuPP materials and the preparation of Ni-Cu/ CuPP coatings for deployment in marine environments characterised by elevated stress and corrosion. The results show that CuPP can effectively enhance the wear resistance and long-term corrosion resistance of Ni-Cu coatings, which is attributed to 'fine grain strengthening' and 'diffusion strengthening'. Furthermore, the formation of a friction transfer film and the transformation of the wear mechanism are the primary factors contributing to the exceptional wear resistance of the Ni-Cu/CuPP composite coatings.
