摘要
In the early decades of the 20th century, social Catholics, and the principles they supported, were the basis for the functioning of the juvenile courts, as well as the reform and protection centres for << abandoned children >>. The arrival of Franco's regime brought about a new context which favoured the radicalisation of these postulates in the context of a Dictatorship which exercised social control through Catholic religion and morality. By analysing the files of the Juvenile Court of Zaragoza, we aim to know how gender, Catholic morality and religion formed an essential part of the agreements adopted by these institutions.
