Axial spondyloarthritis: Is diagnosis possible at an early stage?

摘要：
Axial spondyloarthritis is diagnosed worldwide on average after about 7 years. In view of this, if a corresponding disease is suspected, for example chronic back pain, a specialist rheumatologist should be consulted as early as possible. However, it is unclear how reliably rheumatologists can diagnose axial spondyloarthritis shortly after the onset of symptoms.
