摘要
In the subject paper, the removal of Methylene Blue dye (MB) by either ZnO or newly synthesized ZnO-Zeolite nanoparticles is investigated. However, the discussion of the characterization results reveals many weaknesses and misinterpretations, as well as errors in the application of kinetic and isothermal models and in the calculation of thermodynamic parameters. Furthermore, the study of the photodegradation of MB has not been carried out in a consistent manner. The aim of our discussion is to point out these errors and inconsistencies so that other researchers can avoid doing the same.
